Exciting Changes Coming Soon!

Dairyland Power Credit Union is excited to announce a system upgrade effective March 1, 2022. To accommodate the upgrade, the credit union lobby will be closed on Monday, February 28, 2022; however, we will accept phone calls.

Online and mobile banking will be inaccessible Friday evening, February 25 at 3:00 p.m. and remain down throughout the weekend.

A new online banking platform will be available  Monday, February 28.

Upgrades to DPCU’s Electronic Banking Services

The services listed below require that you accept DPCU’s Agreements and Disclosures before obtaining access. Our  “Go Live” date is planned for Monday, February 28.  Any updates will be posted on our website.

Online Banking (OLB)

If you are a new or current user of DPCU’s OLB service, you will need to enroll upon login as a new user. The system will ask you for your four-digit account number and the last four digits of your social security number; this is required to set up your new OLB account. You will create your user name (login ID) and password.

Your OLB history will not transfer to the new system.

Bill Pay Services

If you are a current user of DPCU’s Bill Pay Services (iPay), you will see Pay Bills located on the left menu.

Your Bill Pay history will transfer to the new system; therefore, you do not need to re-enter your “Payees”  or recurring entries.

E-statement Delivery

You will need to opt in for electronic statements by clicking eStatements located on the left menu; accept the terms and conditions to continue. Due to this transition, all members will receive a paper statement as of February 28, 2022.

Your statement history will not transfer to the new system.

Mobile Banking

If you wish to enroll in OLB via your mobile device, please go to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and download the Dairyland Power Credit Union App. Follow the instructions for enrollment.

Please note: the system upgrade will not affect other automatic withdrawals/payments such as those set up with your local utility company where payments are pulled directly from your account via electronic fund transfers (ACH).
